Title: blocked?
Post by: luninar on July 30, 2008, 07:47:26 pm
So...it appears I joined a long time ago but just never got into RO, meaning I made an account but perhaps logged in once...or maybe never. I can't even be entirely clear on that whole situation, because frankly I don't really remember ever signing up, but when I attempted to log in with my standard name it worked, which leads me to believe I did it. Anyways, I tried to log on and it says I've been blocked...but I was wondering why, considering I don't remember doing much, if anything, with my account. >>

You probably haven't clicked on the activation link in the e-mail it sends out.
Go to the e-mail you signed up with and look in your inbox and spam folder. It should be in there somewhere.
noreply[at]anthemro[dot]com or something similar.

ahhh. That...probably explains it. I probably didn't activate it. It's in neither of the emails I use - but I'll submit a ticket to get another activation email sent, I suppose.

There are currently problems with AOL email addresses, and also some yahoo ones from what I've seen.
If you do get a reactivation email sent, try a gmail account.
