Title: Why is my account blocked ;_;

I can't log on it sais blocked by Game Master Team ;_;

Why? ;_;

I have not done anything. ;_;

She'd never do that.
Neither scam, hack, whatever.
and only one account got banned, the one with her zeny/gears/ads.
Botting = all accounts banned.

not really all accounts i guess. there are cases that an account will be banned but not all of it. happened to me on anima when i was suspected for botting although i put a proof that i wasnt. eventually my account was ubanned after proving my innoscence via support ticket.

Maybe you've bought a scammed item and were using it on said account. So your account will be frozen/temp banned as long as the GMs are recovering everything.

Send in a support ticket, the GMs will tell you why. :)
