Title: Why my use of skill and chat is blacked by GM?

I wana know why my use of skill and chat is blocked by GM for 719 minutes.  I wased in payon with my blacksmith <dan> and i sell my loots and after that happened. Can i know why that happened.  I need an answer for GM please.

They may be a bit confusing at first, but a general rule: Vend, where everyone vends. Try to avoid the fountain, it's easy to get muted there. Vend at the sidewalk (darker floor tiles) in Prontera, and you'll be safe.
