high GM answer my support ticket specially GM denia....

its been long time i didnt play and it still ban..... wat the heck is that...

i couldn't play because of ur mistake of banning me... coz u didnt see the evidence correctly....  Embarrassed

They are doing the best they can as fast as they can, there are soooooooooooooo many people needing help and everyone thinks all the GM's have to help them now.

That's all she wants, proof that you purchased it, which you should have even if you couldn't play recently. <_<

Yeah, assuming that's the last post on the ticket, then it's waiting on you, and the ticket probably won't even be in their ticket bin. You need to provide the information they asked for and send the ticket back to them. They can't answer a ticket that isn't in their que, and they can't unban your accounts without the evidence they require.
