I just started a new character, she is 14/10. the official Ragnarok site, http://iro.ragnarokonline.com/game/JobGunslinger.asp, says to go to the building in the middle of Einbroch. I think I found it, compared to the picture on the website, but there's no portal... Please help!!

You go to the job agency building in Prontera. It's the south-west building in the plaza where the fountain is.

If you find Prontera laggy or want to be able to find the job changer NPC faster/easier then warp to Alberta and keep going north from the warp in point.
