Title: How do you make Stat Foods?

Do you have to be a certain class? It'd be nice if someone could explain to me. xD

u just need a cooking book, depending on what level stat foods what level book you want, recipes are in the book, on iro you'd have to do a quest to cook but here you can do it without the quest..um..dex/luk raises chances .. >.< higher stats means lower chances :3engredients arrent that hard to find and um...oh yea u need a cooking kit thingy wich is used up for each attempt at cooking, generaly tough people use the blazer card wich gives you a decent chance of random food being droped upon killying a monster, this includes stat foods and some +atk,sp or stuffys too but not stuff like cake or apples lol just the good stuff :3  ~nyo^^

get a blazer clip... n if u have BS/WS go niff...
u'll warn money n get stat food also a lot... i got mostly +10 stat food   ;D
