Title: Do I need IC to Niff with preist?

Well, what I really want to know is if instead of a Kaho I can use the cheaper Berz clips.  I think 2 Berz clips and 75 dex would give around a 3 second ME cast time, right?  Is that too long?  If it is, would it be possible to use safety wall and then ME?  And if it isnt, is a 3 sec cast time is good enough for GH Pris?

It's much easier with IC, but not IMPOSSIBLE without it, just hard.

With safety wall you can do it. You won't take on such big mobs, and eventually they'll start to hit you. But if you just stay toward the beginning you should be okay. Like there's a little nook where if you can just keep your ME up you should be perfectly fine. As far as like venturing out... you'll probably have some troubles there.
So good luck! If not, yeah, GH is a good place to level. I got my Sniper to like 90 in GH churchyard =D

if you have like khalitz and devi, etc. you can get a phen clip. ive seen some priests work magic that way.

Still IC will make your life easy, IC + Eddgas, you just move around until the mob dies.
