Title: Ad frauding

I was voting at my friends house when he wasnt there and he plays anthemro too. Am i ad frauding? (if so will I be banned?) :'(

That would count as trying to use another IP to bypass the cool down time so that's not allowed. If you don't do it again I'm pretty sure you won't get banned.

I think when you log in your account the server know that you already vote for that account no matter where you vote.
