does steel body (Monk/champ) also disables normal attacks or just skills?

only active skills are disabled, pasives still work and you can still atack just that u have a 25% atk speed reduction ~nyo^^

well it could .-. but you have to be carefoul on the timer, youre aspd will be normalish so u wouldnt want mental strenghtfailing when youre killying ur mob .-. ppls do that in niffy :3 ~nyo^^
