It's not implemented yet, Balam just had a picture of his character sprite wearing it I believe.

i think the name is pagdayaw or sth. like taht

furthermore im quite sure you can send a request for implementing a new customization for this one since there are a lot 11.1 Headgears available  (like Fricca's Circlet, Bride Mask, Lion's Masquerade and so on)

didn't c it's a 11.2 not 11.1 headgear ... i assumed that it's available which maybe isn't the case - no need for "size=17pt color=red"  :o
