Title: a problem when I open the game *it doesn't open*

hi

it happened all of the sudden


i was playing the game and closed it to get something for my mom

then came back to play it .. and it didn't work

it's like.. i d-click on the game but it doesn't open i mean like nothing happens like i didn't press anything

hope you guys help me

reboot/restart computer yet?
perhaps the program is still already "open" in the background.

are you running anthem.exe?
running from desktop or in folder?

Did you try to Un-install and Re-install?
I think that should solve it.

Let us know if there are any more problems percist :3

i have like 3 RO folders on my PC and did uninstall them all

and re-installed only anthem ro one and still the same problem D:

To check if there is an instance of Anthem already running, just hit ctrl+alt+del and look through Processes and Running Applications.

Although if you've uninstalled and reinstalled by the time you get this message, then there probably won't be one running.

Try it anyways? :p

i unistalled everything and then installed everything

and now i get this error

Cannot init  d3d or grf file has problem

why i feel im screwed with that error

I did all the thing that are should be solving the problem but it's there ..

and if you're asking if it was my gfx card I tell you it's GeForce 8600 GT so theres noway that 2d game can't be played on that..

I feel like I'm going to format my computer *sigh*

Dunno if this was mentioned in any of those links, try adjusting the window size of the game? For instance, I got the error on Full Screen, but in windowed mode it works fine for me. *nods*

Adding my two cents is all!

well that helped a little now i don't get that error but everytime i open it .. it becomes a No Responding Program

Where does it become irresponsive?  Randomly?  When you try to log in?

If it's when you try to log in, alt tab out of the game, and a new window should be up asking you to permit the game through your firewall.  If it isn't, you'll need to manually go in through your firewall settings and set it to all allow on AnthemRO.

I think I solve it


I dunno how but after that problem I went to setup.exe  and put the full screen mode then booooom it worked
