I have a few questions about trying to recover an account.

When I send a support ticket, what do I put in it if I forgot what email I used, the password, and have no screenshots because of a computer crash?

I'm not even sure I completely remember the Username.

Also, what category does Account Recovery fall in the support ticket categories?

I tried using the search engines but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. :]

You'll get nothing. You lack the key components for account identification, so the GM's have really no way to confirm the validity of your claim.

I think they saved your email address in the database, which also has your info. If you do remember the email address that you used to create the account, try adding it to the support ticket and just tell them that you forgot your username and password.

We used to be able to check with IG names as well if I remember correctly, at least for password recovery. Any screenies with your characters names in it?
