It depends on what you want to do with it. DTTS, or some variation of that would work for leveling, Since most
Dancers/Gypsys level in a flee build. That way with one doppel, Improve conc. and High AGI, you should get 190 attackspeed (Or close)

For woe; Anything with a Golem card in it. You won't be doing damage, so just make sure it doesn't break.

What would be better though? A Rope or a Composite Bow?

Well I've seen a few people level with a DDBS Comp bow. And they seem to be able to mob suprisingly effectively in Nif.
I suppose you just chalk it up to personal opinion. AV is the one skill you have/will have that offers a bit of burst damage output,
So I would personally go with that. Although throw arrow can also be extremely useful when at 190 attackspeed.

Unfortunately I don't know too much about Dancers. But if you intend to Woe with one, I'd deffinately invest in a Golem.
Thats one thing I know for sure is helpful for Bards+Dancers.

Duh, the Rope. That way you benefit from everything the class has to offer. Not to mention with a Bow, your using up a million arrows. One AV for 9 hits just takes 1 arrow. Besides, if you want to use a Bow. Just be a Sniper or something. Rope is way more thematic, and more beneficial. Hands down.

DDTT Rope (If want for all purpose.) The above mentioned Rope is also very good, if you feel like investing in FLEE. From my experience, better way to go anyway. From a non-expensive standpoint. I made a +8 Queens Whip before for someone who was once close to me, and it was pretty strong. Just not as fun, slow as beans really.
