Title: Vote Credits Balance Error
Post by: kking89 on June 28, 2008, 05:34:26 pm
I started aquiring vote credits about a week ago and was up to about 00.50 $ . When I logged in today I noticed that my credit balance was at 00.00 and after I proceeded to vote I figured once I refreshed the page that the credit balance would appear as normal, but it turned to be at 00.06.
I didn't transfer my credit to another account or anything like that. I understand one week of voting credits isn't a lot, however I'm concered about loosing my credit balance again in the future if I manage to build a much higher balane.
I'm wondering if this in error and is there a way I can recover my credit?

Do you by any chance have more then 1 forum account? like for example:
You voted continiously with 1 account (This one?), where your credit amount ended up as $0.50 Then, the next day, you switched forum account and voted, you mentioned the credits where gone.. With other words: Your forum account is what counts, your in-game info doesn't matter really, exept if your pennies/credits are deposed at your character..
Sorry for the bad explanation.. ;x My english isn't that good, neither my ability to explain myself /swt
*Edit: Having more then 1 forum accounts is against the rules~ :x

Well I do have 2 forums accounts, but not for the reason of trying to double dip on Vote Credits. My original forum account was made about amonth ago, and I forgot the login name, so I made another one in order to be active in forums. Other than that I only have 1 forum / user login that I use. If that is is that case (against the rules to have 2 forum acccounts) is that the reason why my vote credits are gone, because Gm's see that I have 2 forum accounts, even though I dont remeber the login info for the other one??
However, I never switched between forum accounts to accumilate vote credits, I was consistant with one user name / forum login, keeping track of the cooldown times.

You have .52 ad credits on your old forum account. And having 2 forum accounts are not allowed (you could have always sent in a password reminder by using your email address here: http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php?action=reminder)

Ok, my apauligizes for failing on reconizing an account recovery via email. I assumed that since I had forgotten the username, that it was impossible to recover. Thanks for the help, is there a way that I or a GM can delete the old account? so that I do not have 2 forum accounts anymore? (I would like to keep this one active and delete the other if possible )
As for the vote credits, it's my own fault so I understand there is no point in attempting to recover them, it was only .52 any way.
