Title: Star Gladiator movement?

Is there some skill or bug with Star Gladiators (or Taekwon, or characters - this is just the job I saw do it) that lets you appear on top of other players?
No words appear over their heads when they do this.
Saw it more than once as someone was moving around, and it was sort of like a Body Relocation/Snap effect.

Edit: is it possibly the effect of Flying Side Kick or another skill when used on a player outside of PvP? @_@

I'll play around with it later; just curious since I've never actually used it on players, so I have no idea if that's it.

it has the same effect as on monsters .-. just in citys with /ns u can just jump from player to player without ur char screaming flying side kick /ok uses sp tough ~nyo^^
