Title: What's this card called?

I'm looking for a card that allows you to cast Aspersio, Ive seen a gypsy do it and was wandering how to get it if it is a card skill. I would also like to know if this requires holy water.

Or if I forget, it's a skill that at least blesses a weapon with holy property.

I think that's their SQI allowing them to do that.

"Belmont Whip: ATK 160, Fire Property, Dex +20, 15% Chance of stone curse enemies on ranged attacks, 20% Chance to silence enemies on melee attacks, Enable use of level 3 [Aspersio], Enable use of level 5 [Providence], ... etc

Hmm...I see. By any chance does anyone know if anyone sells it and how much? (Never see these whips in stores sold by other people or ordinary stores) Or maybe even get it in-game somehow.

..costs about as much to make it ~nyo^^
