What are good sites that have customzations and sites that explain how to do it?

Also if someone personally knows how to do it?

EX:

How to change auras?
How to customize carts?
How to change maps?

I'm not sure on the maps or carts but the auras I can help with. If you visit the link below it will bring you to a download page made for anthemRO. You can download the program for auras and change them through this.

Where can I get the Angel Wings on the back effect and how do I do it ?
