Title: My Z-Mask Kaho

Well, I'm finally able to purchase things off the item shop.   ;) But, unfortunatly for me I didn't realize that the new forum username and account was the account that purchased items will be sent to. I'm very confused right now about this whole thing... But anyways I bought a Z-Mask Kaho and it was said that it will be sent to my account... Unfortunatly I didn't realize that my forum username and account was also the username and password to login into Anthem RO. And naturally since I didn't realize that the account didn't contain any created characters. So, I am confused as to what's going to happen here... How will I recieve a kaho? Please give some advice. I'm worried about my 100$+ Donation. p.s. just recently I created a novice and made it have access to storage. Will that help?

so you sent it to one of your accounts that doesnt have any charactors yet?

maybe create creat one and check kafra?

Yep, and I'm constantly checking the status aswell as the shipping status in the item shop. :'(

Still no reply... I check like every hour. They asked for the number of the transaction so I gave it to them and since then I've not seen a reply.  It has been around a day since I gave them the number.. Bout ready ta' panic. It's 105$ @_@...

You need to be patience on the ticket. Some people have been waiting for several weeks and their ticket still haven't been answered. GMs are extremely busy right now, especially with the upcoming event and organizing the whole system again.

If you did order something from the item shop, it should go directly to your storage on that account. Try creating a character and checking kafra. It should be there. If not, its a glitch then. Happened to someone else too.

Im sure this will be resolved but u didnt need to post on forums. A support ticket along with some waiting woulda resolved this
