Are they worth overupping? What would you pay for a +7 or +10 Ragamuffin Manteau?

In my opinion, not really, no, seeing as the only reason you would want to have one in the first place is for Magic.

They don't sell for much even at +10 since you can get them from Niff. And as we all know everyone and their mother whores Niff =D Having a +10 Rag would be useful even for MDEF builds since you might still get melee attacks at you. The additional 6.67 DEF is definently useful.
