Title: what stats should i work on

im just about to change to a mage. im lvl base lvl 25 andjob lvl 1. what stats should i work on???

INT for now. That's your main damage Stat, so you want it to be quite high.
After INT comes DEX, since the more you put into DEX, the faster your cast time becomes.
I recomend putting a little bit into VIT too, for a bit of increased Health.


For Skills, Focus on getting Soulstrike when you're at a lower level.
I believe [Napalm beat level 4] unlocks Soulstrike. If you get it to level 10, you should be
able to deal with mostly all undead monsters that you come across, since it has a fast cast time, and high damage.

Thankfully, AnthemRO has a Stat reseter, so you can change whenever you want to, if you make a mistake.

You can try geographers one map north of einbroch city.
Keep your range and take your time there and the exp will come flooding in.
Be careful to not take on geo's that are grouped.
Once you do ~6k damage with level 10 fire bolt and a decent cast time (30~50 dex) you can take on any group of geo's. Mind you it takes a bit longer to kill them.

Don't forget to get your special skill energy coat from the special skills NPC. Around level 40ish it will allow you to survive 1 geographer hit. Before that it is always a 1-hit KO
