Just to clarify, is the square of floor i was pointing at(screenshot below) not acceptable for vending?

That's not allowed. See the guy with the shop named "Bapho, OPB". He's directly next to the flowers which is allowed.

This is the wrong section for this anyhow. There's a section under Reports called Other Reports, which is where street chats and vendor reports go.  :police:

He's not reporting anyone, he's asking if a certain place is acceptable to vend at.
