I can't seem to find the npcs to talk to in the first place. I've been wandering around Comodo for quite awhile but still can't find anything.

Did you try to talk to job changer at pront or alberta?

Once you have an archer with job level 40 or more go to alberta and keep going up until you find a line of NPC's of which one will be the Job changer.
