Title: Quickest Place to lvl up

I just made a thief my base lvl is 28 and job lvl is 1. where can i lvl up quick?  and also what stats should i put up as a thief??? let me know soon  thnks

hmm.... maybe poison spores at geffen dungeon. i lvled my swordsman from 30 to 40+ there

What lvl are you now? ...are you still at 30s?

I would have suggested for you to level up for novice class from 1 to 40 before changing class.

Which makes it very much easier to farm at geffen dungeon after promotion..

You should probably start at Metallings first (head towards the south portal of Einbroch town)

Get some easy job levels first so you could get skills like Double Attack or Increase Dodge which would greatly help you in leveling.
