Title: Hot-blooded Headband

maybe this is me just playing servers with an exception to the rule, but when i went to refine my HBH, the NPC said he was unable to work on this particular item. I've played other severs where this item is refineable, so is this a bug or is it a generally unrefinable item ??? :-X

I think it is not refinable. Probably the other servers that you played were eAthena server. Since HBH is easy to make and gives stats - then by Gravity's generalization - anything that gives stats and in easy to obtain is not refinable. Similiar examples would be poo poo hat /heh
