Title: Gun upgrading?

Say just wondering if the WS weapon upgrading skill will work on guns after the server finally switches to the new version.
The stupid NPC is made of fail under normal circumstances but he's a lot worse when if comes to guns. If I didn't know better I'd say the upgrade success rate is rigged to fail more when your trying to over up a gun. That or I'm unlucky as sin and this is divine retribution for eating raw cookies dough. Pfft I'm probably just really unlucky.

/pat , Its just plain luck, since the game runs on random algorithms on such issues. And anything random in the PC is generated from your System time and date. Its advisable that if one a certain day "luck" seems bad you stop the process that day and try again the next day.

Maybe I'll try on a day with WoE and see if that's a lucky day.
