hey i bought this but it isn't in my storage,

Purchases on the new system go through instantly.

You can find the items in the storage of username naughtyrobot.

Hmm.. You need to send in a Support Ticket (http://www.anthemro.com/support/) with all the information needed. I wouldn't post the username of your account here on the forums, because.. well, who knows... maybe someone is able to guess your password. <-<

You should edit your post, delete the username, and send in the ticket. :D

Just click on the bolded link in the text! ;)

Then create a new ticket, choose Donations/Ad Sponsors, and write all the information in there, Transaction ID, username/character, date, and so on.


Well, you should always check if your kafra storage is not full. You should have at least 3 empty spots in your kafra inventory, I think, when donating for something...
