because for me if gm keep banned player the lower of the population will get in aro so i dont get it
If GMs dont moderate players who cause harm and hurt to other players feelings then the server population will decrease faster giving the server a bad name hence the GMs must moderate such players ;)

and i'm pointing out that there is a difference between having a lack of imagination, and being completely incoherent. If someone babbled incoherently, it's the fault of the speaker, not the listener. SO NO, a lack of imagination has nothing to do with it.

Well obviously it was coherent because others understood him and therefore; you lack something (possibly imagination) that rendered you unable to understand him, while it is true that the speaker does need some work on creating a sentence that is immediately comprehensible to the reader.

Why dont you try writing a college essay in the manner that the OP writes, and when your professor hands back your paper with a nice fat "F", try telling your professor to "expand his imagination" and see where that gets you.
