Title: Is Niff entrance KS area?

I'm looking for an official answer on this question. I spend some time in niff, most of it at the entrance protecting the leechers, so it's sort of important for me to know what the status of the entrance is.

I don't remember where, but I recall it being said that the entrance was going to be made a KS zone out of necessity, however, digging through the forum, I found a post by GM String that said that it isn't.

Does anyone know what the official status of the Niff entrance is? I don't need the bother of being reported for KSing when I'm simply trying to keep people alive there and can just simply move on.

What Axle said. It's not a KS zone. People treat it as such to protect the leechers, but you could very well be reported from it (but most don't because they have someone leeching back there and welcome protection for free). On the other hand, if someone mobs back there, you can report them for it.

But yeah - just get past that part and leave it be :P Buff BS/WS in Niff (anything but Aspersio if you're a priest), they're usually reeeeally grateful X3
