I just made a new gunslinger, and I could not find a place to buy bullets, and in other threads, it mentions there is someone who sell gunslinger equipment in einbroch. How would I get to einbroch from prontera?

You can warp there. If you head south from the fountain in prontera, theres a warp NPC who will warp you for free. Green hair, and orange/yellow clothes.
