Um, even if you upgrade to Satan Morroc, all the npc's are there here. At least for me. /hmm

A lot of ppl are experiencing this problem. Missing warp girls, doctors, repairmen, etc in every city. Methinks a server reboot is coming.

Lol, and I was right abt the server reboot coming.

well it wasnt any npcs for me cept the butcher.
i even went to lighthalzen

just log out and log in again and they'll come back  ;D
