is there an npc that sells grape juice or grapes? ???

You can't buy the finished products but you can buy the grapes and make them yourself for about 160-165z I think each

Several NPCs sell grapes, including a tool dealer in Prontera.

Don't forget if your going to make GJ yourself get a merchant with level 10 discount otherwise there isn't any point of making it since you'll lose more without the discount skill.
