I wanna sell LHZ 3 leech with +7 Ammut Shoes but how can I be sure that I will no be scamed from the buyer?

What can I do to be one the secure side?

Have him give you item or money; same value for in  exchange for the Shoes

Until Nov. 29, I think the item recovery is free, so you're safe until then. But the best way is what Velocity said. However, there is a chance that you might lose the shoe though.

there really is no definate secure side to something like that, you might just have to be trusting  :-[

I think the Item recovery is free ONLY for cases until Nov. 14/15, not for new cases though.

I'd refrain from the collateral, since it does somewhat restrict poorer people from being able to meet the conditions of the leech. I think screenshots are the best way to go.

I'd say collateral, that is the best way to do it.
Even if they don't have the gear, they have to have something to hold as collateral.
