I would say, you might be able to go kill some High Orc.

what gear are you using? That can make a HUGE difference in your leveling options.

you might could try the pyramids or the sphinx dungeons if you don't want to kill high orcs.

Or you can go mobster beach an kill every single thing you see and make good money while your at it (for me its best to kill things fast and easy than long and hard)
