how long does it usually take to go through?
and i heard its only done on certain days
if so what days are they?
and when the next one?

If you're a guild leader, then I believe they have to be done during maintenance. Otherwise, I'm 99.99% sure that they can be done at any time.

No, only Namechanges need to be specially done when you are guildleader because the old name is still in friendlist and guild list, and its really hard to leave guild and re invite yourself when you are the guild leader.
Rollback takes as long as the GMs take for your spend credit request certain days.
