Title: Account lost i need a GM

well my problem is that i had originally played anima ro and i used this same account name etc. on a forum they said all the characters etc. were transferred to this server but mine didnt work and ive been trying to conatct the GMS etc about it but i cant get an email address etc. how can i recover my account
