can you get ygg leaves from an npc? if so, where?

u always can,u might want to check the potion shop(or tool dealer)in prontera and alberta and payon(ps:payon's tool dealer might get blocked by venders,try to look around the kafras and warp girl or at the other side of them)

Prontera, by the novice shop in that building... the Tool Dealer
