It's not exactly a "Miss". It "Hits" but does not connect and you don't get damage. You'll know if you have PD [Perfect Dodge] by the little talk bubble that says "Lucky!".

It dodges every physical attack and is expressed with %. PD is the number next to flee.
So, 111 +10. The 10 is the % of physical attacks you can evade. <- From what I've been told.
Flee & Perfect Dodge does not stack... since they're two different things. Flee shows "Miss" while PD shows "Lucky!".

It's a lovely thing really. Just hard to get very good with. Fortune daggers seem to help much, + 20 PD & +5 Luk. <3 PD.

Hope that helped somewhat.

Edit: Critical = physical = Possible to evade with Perfect Dodge.

Ok no matter how much flee you have the most you can have is a 95% chance of a person missing. flee = agi. The rest has to be optained using luk (perfect dodge) perfect dodge chips in that extra 5% so when you see that message it usually means flee failed but perfect dodge came through, or that chance happened before the flee was even regarded. Either way that's about it.

flee = from agi most flee you can get = 95% the rest is from luck = perfect dodge.

Actually i tested it out and the more luck you have the less chance your enemy has to crit you. thats why high luck monsters like jokers are a pain for crit sins to kill. so a side effect of having more perfect dodge is a lower chance for enemies to crit you.

As a side note a cursed enemy has 0 luck. So you'll land more crits on a cursed enemy and they will have almost not crit on you, if any at all.
