if a SinX enchant poison his weapons and soul break me while im wearing a ED armour.

will i get dmg or not?

I believe you ged reduced damage, because a part of the Soul Breaker is still neutral elemental.

I'm not too sure about it, BUT I already got Poison-Soul-Breaker'd while wearing an ED armour and it still hurt a bit.
