Title: I need computer help.

i just bought a new computer and got rid of the last one. this new computer wont let me run RO twice or more like the other one. and i need to do so when i transfer gears. the computer has some sort of safety feature that before sunning the patch ask me if i want to let the program run and then i say yess and it will run it but if i click on RO again like the first time it will ask me the same thing to allow the program to run  and then by doing that the other RO stops working.  the computer has windows vista and all the programs that i have installed have like a little shield in the bottom right corner of the icon.

can somebody help me so i can run RO more than once. thanks.

right clik on anthem icon and run as administrator
