What class and or party can kill incarnation samurai?

Champ can solo it pretty easy.  ::)
Never tried on bio, try looking up his vit.

You can solo him using a sinx too. Just Soul Breaker spam him. It's pretty easy just takes a while.

Personally, I think its rather impractical to hunt the MVP with the goal of getting its card xD.

Better off farming money and purchasing the card through vendors or ads :3

Meh even if I don't get the card it'll drop something worth zeny so either way it's working towards the goal.   ;D

You can solo it with a HW,Sinx,Bio,Champ,Sniper,Stalker rather easily. He breaks stuff on Sinx but you can kill it without a helm.

Then ya you're going to want to party. WS is pretty hard to MvP on a MvP like Sam, As for HP well you might be able to take him out if you had Evangelist.
