Hi guys I was just wondering if DTMA is a good weapon for a starter weapon for a sin\sinX and please answer my question cuz I have the money to buy it now and I dont want answer like "DAAM is better" please answer I hope you understand...

It would make an "OK" weapon at best.
But not having that extra Doppel could impose some problems...

You'll most likely be hitting 180-184 Attackspeed, with that weapon, 99 AGI, and an awake. (I forget, can Sin's use Zerks?) If you can live with that number, go right ahead. Your crit damage will be fairly good, but I think 190 attackspeed is quite often more prefered over the increase in damage that you'll get. I'd stick with DDMA, or DDAA, whichever is more useful.
As far as I can see, the damage wouldn't make a huge difference. Of course it'll be alright if you want it for PvM, since you'll be wanting a bit more Damage for Sonic blow. But for PvP I think 190 attackspeed is more important.
Also - I'd actually suggest getting a DDTP MG, and a fire elemental Dagger as starting weapons, if you have the money/zeny for it. Of course that's only because it will be more useful to you in Woe. (Emp is the Earth property, so fire will help.)
Of course later down the line you can get a DDTT/DDTP and an Icepick for empbreaking.
But that's only if you're interested in Woe.

u dont nid two doppels for 190 with a katar one will do just fine with agi build
and that dagger build equips cost wayyy tooo much [like 100m or so] so it isnt advisable for a stater.............. also he should be concentrating on getting gears not woe at first :P

Even if you can hit 190 with it, it still sounds like shitty wep. Seeing as flee build is complete garbage in a lot of situations.

Well, you can't rely on a creator being linked, and around you all the time. More so since it costs them 2 Zerks for one pitch. Not a great deal.

my problem has been solved i bought a DMA SPECIALTY JUR for 19.5FREAKING MILLION ZENY and I put another Mobster in it which makes DMMA w/ 190 aspd and thats juat 80 agi and i dont even have agi gears muhahahahahahaha!

If you want it enough it can be done, more so if you have another linker on another acc. I'm betting this is how the 1 dopp person reached 190, because it makes no sense to me.

he already reached 190 with 80 agi...flee isnt garbage for starter thief class PvM chars thats what thief class was originally designed to rely on >.>;

That's not what I said or implied I just said with just 80 flee and 1 dopp I sincerely doubt he has 190 aspd.
