Oh yeah on the DI AWE they shouldn't be over 21m or it's cheaper to make your own. DI card is 13.5m, Sunglasses [1] are 3.5m less if your lucky, and you can buy and angel wing easr for 4m in ads if you need to coming to a total of 21m. Those prices are if you buy ads at 800k each by the way. Though it's not hard to find ads that cheap.

I know you meant it in AWE I'm saying the combined cost to make AWE yourself is at worst 7.5m aka 3.5 for the sunglasses [1] + 4m for the unslotted AWE and 10 free OVB. With the cost of buying the card yourself being 13.5m or less since you'd at least get 100k off the OVB that come with the card making a total of 21m or less if you want it to actually sell instead of having someone make their own to save some zeny. You can't really sell it at 22m if it's cheaper for a person to make there own is all I was saying.

marduk card - 500k is the only price I've found for it if you have high stats people don't really get silenced so that's probably why.
