When I log onto the new server, my characters aren't all updated, meaning all I've been playing on the old server and I changed jobs, and then I log onto the new server and the job isn't changed. I don't know why that happens, so please answer this question for me.

The servers are completely separate and stand alone. The new/beta server was like a duplicate from a back-up. So it was copied then. What you do in real server doesn't affect beta and vice versa.
