It's about buying Ad's.
I heard that some people got banned, because they bought Ad's from others.
Is it forbidden to sell/buy them?

It's legal to sell and buy ads. Just not to fraud for them....

As in, obtain those ads in a way that would go against anthemRO's rules (i.e. voting multiple times).

And if the person sells those fraud items to someone or he throws them away and someone grabs them, s/he will get banned too  :o?
