Title: What should I do?

GM Denia has diligently worked on my support ticket for awhile but quit recently. The ticket says it's waiting on her so should I close that ticket and remake one?

If it still says "Waiting for GM response" then leave it alone.

Making a new ticket will just make you wait longer ):

Um thats the thing, it says "Waiting for GM Denia"

If it says waiting on a GM, no matter what GM, it's better than making a new one.

The ticket is about 5 months old. 2007-12-18. In the ticket there has been some activity, but none of my original problems has been answered.

I hope you're referring to her post on April 1st? (*hint hint @ the date* /swt)

There is a large backlog, and sometimes a High GM cannot address a ticket if they are still waiting for evidence or other information from you.  Or if you've bumped/replied to the ticket, then you may have reseted the original wait time.  So don't close the ticket and remake a new one.  (Generally, you should never create new/duplicate tickets if there is an existing ticket regarding the same case)

Ok so making a new ticket is ok for this time only. Ill just have to wait abit longer for it. I just checked http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php?topic=22401.0 ... "I’m sorry to say, but I have to take my leave from this server" (Second Post Line 1)  what does that mean then.  :-\ That's not a good joke for april fools day. I was actually worried. Well thanks for the correction and advice.
