Title: Ninja Catalyst NPC

I wanted to buy some of the catalysts needed for the ninja skills when I hit a hurdle. I went to RMS and found this

But I am unsure what map that actually is. Any help on the location of this NPC would be appreciated (or if it's different on Anthem details on that would also be appreciated).

Never heard of that map before.
Kinda looks like the interior of the train station though.

warp to Amatsu, walk Left (I think) and down, there should be a shop/building around there.

actually, its on the ninja guild in amatsu you can makes slotted arm guard there too, but unfortunately its not activated here so you have to buy the catalyst stone in item NPC in amatsu that would be South East of the map.
