What is a good all-around pvm shield for alchemists?

Overupped, Tirfing carded valk shield, IIRC. (If your going for BEST)

For general leveling, and awesome pvming, I'd say overupped, tirfing carded buckler?

(I could be wrong, i'm kind of distracted atm)
