Evan, you are an idiot.

y8y, you cannot "apply" for GM-ship. You must be handpicked by the GM Team. They will not answer applications or begging for a job as such.

The email Evan posted earlier is a false email.

Normally, no. Aside from being a contributing member of the aRO community, and generally helping people without arguing or doing anything against aRO's ToS, i think.

That's how it was with Anima, sort of. I am not sure about Anthem's policy...

Grammar doesn't indicate how trustworthy you are, and really doesn't have a huge factor I believe, In becoming a GM.

I mean, try lurking IRC when the GM's are on xD

Seriously though; Just do what Flamecake said; Help people out as much as possible, Demonstraight your knowledge and such.
Then possibly when it comes time for the GM's to hire another one, They might pick you.

Although I wouldn't get too hopefull.

So basically I just sit here for all of eternity waiting? Can't I say "Hey GMs if I do a good job can I be a Gm too?" or anything of the sort?

You could say that, But they probably won't pick you.

Because "Hire" doesn't mean You're getting paid.

You should probably start by making sure that you've read all the server rules. You might wanna go over the forum rules one more time.
I can't remember if its in there or not; But double, Or tripple posting means more work for the Admin's (they usually have to merge your posts)
Make sure to try and use the "Edit" button instead please.

Proper English is required to some extent because we want our staff to be able to communicate effectively and professionally.  However, there can be a difference between having the required amount of writing skills and having impeccable English.
