where can i get full installer of anthemRO so i can play?

It's not on the site yet. You should just google a full download for RO or find it from another site, and install the anthem patcher into the extracted RO folder. That worked for me about 3 times.

There is no full installer yet. Please see the sticky on how to install anthemRO!
