Similar thing actually happened to me. I was killing in geff 4. I usually npc like crazy then I noticed I got a DI card, it sucks but meh I r not rich to get it back so what can I do? -sigh-

lucky it was just an npc...if it was vended for some low price they wont let u recover it..

i always end up double clicking a valuable item when i'm selling all my loot from niff or something.
double check the sell box before clicking sell ~!
